I would have spent months trying to get everything consolidated on one remote. I had Joey from zip express installation out to install my new HD TV. I would recommend Joey and zip to anyone. I am so glad that I decided to spend the money to have a professional do this for me. He was not only able to hook up my DVD player, VCR & surround sound, he programmed a fancy high tech remote for me too. I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but I feel that the great service experience was worth sharing with others. Brian
The Install went quick and fine. The technicians were in and out in no time and did a great job. No Complaints at all.
We did not have the right cable thingy and Lee drove to Target store around the corner and got the right cable. I highly recommend this service. When the installer "Lee" showed up my son was hell bent on making sure that his new Wii was in HD. The finished credenza looks great and we are very happy with this service and Lee. Helen and Greg
He offered to hook things up via extention cord to another outlet. The serviceman who was sent to hook up new TV and Blu-Ray DVD player to existing cable was sweet natured but knew nothing about electricity. When DVD player and cable box didn't work after he tried to plug them into the outlet, he insisted i had an electrical outlet problem and that I needed to call an electrician. When I brought a small lamp over to the outlet he deemed defective and showed him that it worked fine, he said it must be, then, that I have a problem with the DVD player and cable box -- that they were defective. I counseled him to wait a minute or two for the DVD player to start up, and sure enough it operated perfectly.I called Zip to discuss a partial refund since the cable was never hooked up, but they never returned my call.This was a disaster-- a complete waste of money -- a company unresponsive to a customer's concerns and I advise everyone to stay away.
